Bernard Kerik hasn’t changed. Not even prison has changed him. My truth beat Bernie’s lies to the finish line the moment he was released from prison and hit his front steps in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey on May 28, 2013. Three years devoted to his needs, support and our relationship came crashing down for me that day. For Bernie, it appeared to be just another scam. Bernie never thought to apologize and/or even make amends. Since then to this day, to cover up his manipulation and intimidate me, he has lied about me, attempted to defame me, accused me of stalking, extortion and even several attempts to get me fired with a lot of help from his thug friends. I am not any of that. Never was. Never will be. I’m in a long line of loyal, loving friends who Bernie has cast aside after we assert we will not lie for him. I have taken responsibility for my bad judgement. I, and those I love, have suffered emotionally and financially. I am recuperating every day from this devastating, embarrassing and emotionally-charged revelation. This blog is part of that healing process.
During his three years incarceration at Cumberland Federal Prison Camp, I’ve now come to realize Bernard Kerik was manipulating and selfishly grooming me, emotionally and financially, to a cumulative total of $93,000 in monetary commissary support, services including writing, editing, archiving, social media consulting, etc. I was smitten with Bernie. He’s a smooth, romantic guy who has game and knows how to work a lady. I was hesitant to go further in this crazy relationship given the reality of his confinement and didn’t want to hurt anyone; him, his family and myself. Bernie constantly assured me my place in his life was admirable and he so encourage me with letters, phone calls, emails and visits.
In this exclusive and intimate prison letter Bernie wrote to me on 12/07/10 and I received on 12/10/10, Bernie explains to me why he cheats and defines our unique “relationship” setting the ground rules according to Bernie Kerik.
Here is a transcript, in-part, of the hand-written prison letter:
“I received two letters today, 12/4-5/10. One was so intensely sexual and erotic I nearly blew a load in my pants when skimming through. The other letter drew me closer to you, which I cannot explain…”
I won’t forgive you for your selfishness and honesty for there is nothing to forgive – I will however, thank you from the bottom of my heart for that honesty which as you may be able to tell by my lessons (unpublished work, “55 for 55” on which I was working with Bernie at the time), is hard to find. I have, and will continue to trust you and ironically I can’t even say why. I see in you, parts of me that others wouldn’t understand. Your honesty and sexuality, and your ability to call it like it is. I have a beautiful family as you have said, but I also have needs and its rare that women understand that. It’s no different that your needs, which I encourage you pursue, but keep in the back of your mind that eventually I’ll be back in NY at which time I’m hoping that you will join me in some of these journeys you have laid out…”
“…If you excite me, we will go on forever, I promise. I’ve only know two women to accomplish that goal and I believe I may have found another if she’s willing to test the waters…”
“…PS: Thanks for taking my suggestions on removing your name on each page. You can now be as naughty as you’d like. Just remember, photos can’t show privates.”
“…one last things I would ask is that you shred or destroy our work. Not that I fear you, but others may not be so nice and it could be embarrassing beyond belief at times. You should know, I destroy your letters here to ensure no one can take possession, only after I make very good use of them! LMAO!! XOXO”
