Here’s proof you are the manipulating liar thug Rudy Giuliani, Joe Tacopina and I, with others, know you to be. Now the entire world, including your slimy book agent, Victoria Sanders, can be offered proof you may have taken my writing, work product, talking points and editing WITHOUT permission, credit or compensation to be used to profit off your crimes in “From Jailer to Jailed” published by Threshold Editions, Simon and Schuster. We may have to let a jury read “your” book to point out the “similarities”…It would appear your “ghost writer”, Cullen Thomas, had an easy job of it. I hope you all will make terrible witnesses.

BOP Commissary Deposits $4556.00: Bernie boasted to his friends how he sacrificed by accepting no money for his prison needs from home so his girls can afford to have all they need to enjoy the lifestyle to which they have become accustomed. (I’m guessing he never told anyone he had other means of support from me. Disingenuous is a nice description of that.)

Here is an original email you sent me from prison showing we collaborated on this work entitled, “The Box and the Angel”. I was soliciting from, upon your request for assistance, your additional details regarding your solitary confinement SHU experience. You later provided those details with further editing process. Perhaps you forgot those three years we wrote together in anticipation of this book. I cannot. It hurts…a lot.
